• studied Economics in Innsbruck, majoring in Services and Tourism, Human Resources and Entrepreneurship
• many years of practical experience in HR operations and processes from a local perspective to a cluster or HR Shared Service Center level up to the point of a global HR organization
• implemented different SAP HCM modules and SuccessFactors with overall responsibility as Project Manager
