Responsibility to set up regular controls to assure compliance and support during HR audits.<\/p>\n<h3>HR-IT Roadmap definition and implementation<\/h3>\n<p>Design and implementation of a national and international HR-IT Roadmap with strong cooperation with the Management Board and works council.
